

Andrea J. Justo immigrated from the Philippines to the United States at the age of two and has been a Bay Area native since. She double-majored in English and Political Science at Santa Clara University within a three-year span. While at Santa Clara, she was active in Speech and Debate and worked as an intern for the San Jose City Council.
​After graduating from Santa Clara University in 2007, she worked as a Legal Assistant. During her seven-year tenure as a full-time Legal Assistant, Ms. Justo attended Lincoln Law School in San Jose, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2015. She was Valedictorian of her class, Editor-in-Chief of the Lincoln Law Review, and President of the Student Bar Association. She received awards in the subjects of Torts, Business Organizations, Remedies, as well as the Patricia A. Grossman Memorial Award, awarded to the student who has demonstrated outstanding skills in Legal Research and Writing.
Ms. Justo was also the recipient of the Honorable Adoralida & John Padilla Scholarship, awarding an academically successful female student who best demonstrates scholarship and the virtues of diversity. In addition, she received the Nancy Biagini Memorial Scholarship, awarding a student who exemplifies a strong work ethic, a sense of humanity, a consummated willingness to befriend others, and a keen belief in practice of charity toward others.
Ms. Justo is the Co-Chair of the Santa Clara County Bar Association’s Law-Related Education Committee and serves on the Board of Trustees, the Finance Committee, and the Family Law Executive Committee. She is a former President of the Santa Clara County Bar Association in 2024 and a former Chair of its Women Lawyers’ Section. Additionally, Ms. Justo serves on the Board of Governors and is the current President of the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Honorable William A. Ingram American Inn of Court and a former professor at Lincoln Law School in San Jose.

Outside of her professional commitments, Ms. Justo enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time with her family.
